Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of Lejan, headquartered at Rua Presidente Costa e Silva, 240 Testo Rega, Pomerode (SC), Postal Code: 89107-000, hereafter referred to as Lejan, and on the other hand, the Lejan customer, qualified at the time of purchase of Lejan products, hereafter referred to as Customer.
Considering Lejan sells products and services over the Internet, and the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by Lejan ("Products") in its sales channels, the purpose of this agreement is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase for customers of Lejan's products and services.
I. Confidentiality: Lejan is responsible to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer in the purchase process. The security of the site is audited daily and guaranteed against hacking, through the "Site Blindado" seal.
II. Customer Service (CS): The Customer has this service to answer questions, resolve any requests or complaints regarding your order or any content available on the site. The CS can be reached by phone or e-mail.
III. Delivery Policy: The time for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase procedure, counted in business days. Product deliveries are done from Monday to Friday, from 8h to 22h. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
III.I - The verification of the adequacy of the product dimensions is the responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure that they are within the spatial limits of the elevators, doors and corridors of the place of delivery. Product assembly or disassembly, transportation by ladder and/or doors and windows, or lifting of deliveries will not be performed.
III.II - Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the informed location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between delivery attempts. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years old, and carrying identification to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the Lejan Distribution Center.
III.III - After completing the order, it is not possible to change the form of payment and/or delivery address, request advance payment, or request priority delivery.
III.IV - The delivery time informed during the product purchase procedure takes into account the stock, the region, the invoice issuing process and the preparation time of the product. With each update on order delivery status, Lejan's system automatically sends alert emails to Customer.
III.V - Delivery freight is calculated based on the place of delivery, weight and dimensions of the Product.
III.VI - Lejan does not authorize the carrier to: enter the house; deliver by alternative means (example: lift product by window); perform installation or maintenance of products; open product packaging; make delivery to an address other than stated in DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document); or to perform the delivery to minors or without identification.
III.VII - Lejan is not responsible for the retention of goods in SEFAZ when it is solely due to customer's pending items. Therefore, their attendance at the tax post is necessary for the goods to be released, given that in these cases the information regarding releases and payments are only passed on to interested parties.
IV. Right of withdrawal: The Customer will be allowed to exercise the right to withdraw the purchase, with the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the period of withdrawal of the purchase of the Product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt. In case of return, the Product must be returned to Lejan in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document), the manual and all its accessories.
IV.I - The Customer must request the return through the Customer Service (CS). Costs incurred in collecting or posting the Product will be carried by Lejan.
IV.II - Upon arrival of the Product at the Distribution Center, Lejan will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, Lejan will provide a refund of the full purchase price.
IV.III - With credit card purchases, the card administrator will be notified and the chargeback will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, all at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The reimbursement term and collection of the remaining installments after the full chargeback of the Product on the Customer's credit card by Lejan is the responsibility of the card administrator. In the event that future installments are charged by the cardholder, the Customer will not be charged, as Lejan, as mentioned above, reverses the full amount of the Product in one installment, and the refund credit is fully provided by the cardholder on the billing invoice following the month of cancellation.
IV.IV - In purchases paid by bank transfer or debit account, the refund will be made through bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only to the buyer's private current account. The current account holder's CPF is required.
